Paint the front door, get a new mailbox, add new house numbers and a new doormat. Paint the entire house inside and out or pressure wash the vinyl or aluminum. Clean the light fixtures and air vents and update kitchen cabinets with paint and new knobs. Little things like matching towels in the bathroom , accent pillows on the couch and fresh flowers can be welcoming to homebuyers.
